Think about a time in your life when you went after something and didn't get it. What happened, how did you act? Were you playing to win or playing not to lose?
Playing not to lose: Reacting in a way to reduce conflict, i.e. solving the problem, or a quick fix to make things go away. The driving energy here is inner anxiety or conflict. Underlying belief: I am powerless, I can't create the life I want.
Play to win: Creating from a place of what matters most, from a vision that has been created. The driving energy here is desire/passion, and what matters the most. Core belief: I am powerful, I can create the life I want.
What do you notice about the beliefs or assumptions in each instance? What do YOU experience when you go after something you want?
