What is one thing that has become a daily habit of yours?


How important is this habit of yours?  Rate if from a scale of 1-10 (highest).


What is your want or need driving the habit?


If I don't have (want/need), what happens?


During the day, notice how attached you are to this habit, what impact is it having?


A daily habit of mine is checking facebook. From a scale of 1-10 it is a 7.  My need for this is to feel connected.  If I don't have connection, I feel isolated.
