1min Wake Up Wellness Day 13- Coming to Stillness


Why stillness? As long as we are living, something is in motion...

The body moves in order to sustain and regenerate, as does the mind.  But so much of our activity, both physical and mental is unnecessary and causes stress.  Free yourself from the surface agitation in order to find your quieter and more peaceful place in life.  The surface agitation is all of the inner noise that makes up scattered energy, which is unfocused and unmeasured. Out of stillness arises the possibility that your energy is bright, intelligent, and focused.

The sense of your own stillness is also a sense of your own energy.  Find a way to connect with your stillness today and notice what your energy feels like.
