1min Reflective Radiance- Blurting your Intuition

Were you able to hear or feel your intuition today?  What was it like?  Where did you look for it? Sometimes trying to see, explain or understand it is difficult. Intuition is never wrong, however our interpretation of it can be incorrect.  For example, is it intuition or fear?  
Practice blurting your intuition without attachment of being right.  Make it spontaneous by beginning to talk before you know what you are going to say. Practice the suggested exercises from this morning and notice if it becomes easier to access. 
The beauty of being a coach is that I get to practice using my intuition with my clients.  It is almost like an unspoken energy that I feel usually within my stomach or chest. Coaching has taught be to express it instead of suppress it as many of us were taught at a early age.  How will you start to express yours?
