Days 22-24- A Loving Meditation for Forgiveness

The Dalai Lama once said that anything that is not love is fear.

Seeing the primary emotion as fear instead of anger or hatred may help you offer forgiveness a little easier.

Practice the following meditation, repeating over and over for several minutes twice a day.

May I be filled with loving-kindness;
May I be peaceful;
May I be healthy;
May I be happy.

Start to substitute "I" with someone you would like to forgive. - from a excerpt by Linda Sparrowe

Notice what starts to shift for you after your practice.

On a side note, If you are in or near Washington DC for the next few days the Dalai Lama is visiting.  For more information go to http://kalachakra2011.com/index.html

* I will be out of town for the next few days, returning with your Sunday inquiry.  Be well, the lotus life
